Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you find yourself needing to return some or all of your order items, please follow the instruction provided in the information below. If you still need help, feel free to send an email to hello@tikkledpink.com

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After that, your order may be already dispatched.
To cancel an order, please send an email to hello@tikkledpink.com with your order number and a note about your request to cancel.

Returns

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after you receive your order. Please note that made-to-order products and custom orders are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange. Always check the specific product page before ordering.

If you receive your order and would like to return it, simply send an email over to returns@tikkledpink.com to let me know what you'd like to return, wrap it back securely in original packaging and send it back to:

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a condition suitable for resale. 

Refunds

Depending on your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 business days to appear in your account.

We can not issue refunds on items that are damaged or unsuitable for resale. Items must arrive back ideally in their original packaging and be suitable for resale.

Damaged/Faulty goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged or faulty, please send an email to hello@tikkledpink.com with details so we can help sort it. You may be asked to provide photos of the issue so we can assess how best to help.
